You can also send a parcel if you do not have a printer. If you will drop off the parcel at the Parcel Locker, you will be able to print the label in the Parcel Locker by entering the PIN code received in the e-mail. If you will order parcel pick-up by a courier, when creating the shipment you will be able to choose the option that the label will be with the courier (picking up the shipment will be available from the next working day).
Make sure the address and the zip code are correct. The zip code should be without the country code. If you still fail to enter the address, please contact us by writing to info@dpd.lv, sending the full address of the recipient. Our Customer Service Specialists will contact you.
Write us a short description of the situation at info@dpd.lv and attach a payment order. Our Customer Service Specialists will send you the necessary documents to create and ship your shipment.
When placing an order, 2 types of payment by bank card or internet bank transfer are offered in the last step.
When making a prepaid
shipment at https://eserviss.dpd.lv/, in the step “Summary and payment”, you
will be able to choose an invoice for the company by entering the company's details.
In order to facilitate this process and be able to send parcels with
post-payment, we invite you to conclude a cooperation agreement with DPD
Latvija. You can do it here.
Multiple parcels may be placed in one compartment of the Parcel Locker by scanning the parcel label for each parcel separately.
Parcels can be sent to all Baltic countries - Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, as well as to several European countries - Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Sweden, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Ireland.
